These macros are part of the bibMacros package but can be used without it.
These two macros deal with the "annote" field of bibliography items, which is used by some BibTEX styles. These styles usually allow you to put the annotations either directly in the bibliography database or in separate files which have to have the same name as the respective bibliography item.
The package consists of the following files:
||extracts all "annote" fields from a bibliography file, and writes them into separate files;
||searches for annotation files having the same name as the bibliography items and merges everything into a new file
Extract the zip file in %b\Macros\LaTeX\, and assign a shortcut to the macros if you want.
Or download the bibMacros package which includes all BibTEX related macros (and some more).
