latexdiff

This package provides support for the "latexdiff" and "latexrevise" tools.

Installation

Open the macro file Install.edt in WinEdt, and execute it by choosing Macros | Execute Current Macro.

Uninstallation

Open the macro file Uninstall.edt in WinEdt (also available in %b\Uninstall\latexdiff folder), and then execute it by choosing Macros | Execute Current Macro.

Usage

You can execute latexdiff and latexrevise through the corresponding commands in the Search menu or the corresponding toolbar buttons. Note that you can customize these tools through the Execution Modes dialog.

The command latexdiff asks you to select the old file to be compared with the active one. The resulting file gets opened when finished.

The command latexrevise asks you for the command line switch to use (e.g. -a, -d or -s). The resulting file gets opened when finished.
